Frequently asked questions and standards

Professionalism, respect, and discretion define every engagement with Velvet Cigar. Review our non-negotiable rules, hygiene requirements, booking terms, and privacy protocols below.

What are the core health and hygiene expectations?

All guests are required to arrive freshly showered with fresh breath. Safe sex practices must be adhered to at all times without exception. To protect the health of everyone, no intimate services will be provided if there is broken skin, open sores, warts, or unusual discharge present. All our companions undergo comprehensive health checks every 3 months.

What is the Victorian legal age requirement?

All clients and service providers must strictly be over 18 years of age. Proof of age and standard identity verification may be requested prior to confirming an appointment.

What are your payment and cancellation terms?

Payments must be settled in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 36 hours notice incur a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee. For travel bookings, a 50% deposit is required upon reservation, with the remaining balance due in full 30 days prior to departure.

What is your policy regarding periods?

If your period arrives unexpectedly on the day of your booking or during our time together, there is no need to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. Menstrual intimacy can be accommodated by mutual agreement, provided you are fully comfortable and wish to continue. For optimal hygiene and discretion, appropriate protection and hygiene measures are utilised, including towels, dental dams, and condoms where applicable. Your comfort, consent, and wellbeing always come first, and there is never any obligation to proceed.

How is client privacy and confidentiality protected?

At Velvet Cigar and Dangerously Desirable Adult Services, privacy is fundamental. Personal information is handled strictly confidentially and used exclusively to arrange and manage your booking. Client identities and arrangements are never disclosed to third parties or unauthorised individuals. Providers respect clients' personal space, personal circumstances, and private conversations at all times, with all interactions coordinated via discreet communication methods.

Is photography or filming permitted?

Personal photography, filming, or audio recording is strictly prohibited without explicit consent. Photos are permitted only with prior agreement from the service provider and may incur an additional fee.

What are your absolute non-negotiable boundaries?

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespect, violence, breaking of our code of conduct, sexual harassment, or assault. Any violation results in immediate termination of the service without refund, and authorities may be notified if laws are breached.

What standard of mutual respect is expected?

Our companions provide sophisticated, bespoke company built on genuine connection and etiquette. We expect our discerning clientele to treat companions with courtesy, dignity, and clear communication throughout every booking.

CODE OF CONDUCT & BOOKING STANDARDS FOR Dangerously Desirable Event Management

Professionalism. Respect. Discretion. Safety.

At Velvet Cigar and Dangerously Desirable Adult Services, we believe exceptional experiences depend on mutual respect, professionalism and clear expectations.

Our companions, hosts, performers and event staff are independent service providers, and every booking is subject to the following standards.

By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements and accept responsibility for ensuring that your guests understand and comply with them.

  1. RESPECT & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

All clients and guests are expected to treat our service providers with courtesy, dignity and respect.

We have zero tolerance for:

  • Harassment, intimidation or threatening behaviour
  • Verbal abuse, insults or aggressive behaviour
  • Unwanted physical contact or inappropriate touching
  • Grabbing, restraining or blocking a provider from leaving
  • Throwing objects or deliberately causing damage
  • Any behaviour that makes a provider feel unsafe or uncomfortable

Our providers have the absolute right to refuse any activity or interaction outside the agreed booking.

If a provider feels unsafe or believes these standards have been breached, they may immediately end the booking and leave. No refund will be payable where a booking is terminated due to client or guest misconduct.

  1. AGREED SERVICES & BOUNDARIES

Every booking is based on the services, duration, location and arrangements agreed before confirmation.

Our providers are not required to provide services outside the agreed scope of the booking.

Requests for additional services, changes to the agreed arrangement or changes in the nature of an event must be discussed with management in advance.

Please respect a provider's boundaries. A refusal is final and must not be challenged or pressured.

  1. ADULT EVENTS & AGE REQUIREMENTS

All guests attending adult entertainment bookings must be 18 years of age or older.

The booking organiser is responsible for ensuring that all guests meet the applicable age requirements.

Where appropriate, our providers or management may request evidence of age. If an underage person is present at an adult entertainment booking, the provider may immediately leave and the booking may be terminated without refund.

  1. NO UNAUTHORISED SEXUAL SERVICES

Velvet Cigar and Dangerously Desirable provide the services specifically agreed as part of each booking.

Our providers must never be pressured, coerced or expected to provide services that they have not agreed to provide.

Do not assume that a provider's presence, appearance, dress or role implies consent to any particular activity.

Consent must always be freely given and may be withdrawn at any time.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Velvet Cigar and Dangerously Desirable may act as booking agents or coordinators for independent contractors and service providers.

Independent providers are responsible for their own conduct, professional obligations, insurances and applicable legal requirements.

Where a service is provided by an independent contractor, the relevant provider's terms and conditions may also apply.

  1. EVENT ORGANISER RESPONSIBILITY

The person making the booking is responsible for:

  • Ensuring guests understand these standards
  • Providing accurate information about the event
  • Advising us of the expected guest group and event environment
  • Ensuring the venue is suitable and safe
  • Ensuring agreed payments are available when required
  • Providing reasonable access, changing facilities and privacy where applicable

The organiser may be held responsible for the conduct of their guests.

  1. EVENT ENVIRONMENT

The organiser must provide a clean, safe and suitable environment for the booked service.

Where a performance requires a particular space, adequate room must be provided before the booking commences.

Our providers may decline to perform or may leave if the venue is unsafe, unsuitable or materially different from the conditions disclosed when the booking was made.

  1. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

No photography, video or audio recording of our providers is permitted without their express permission.

Where permission is given, it applies only to the specific circumstances agreed with the provider.

Unauthorised recording may result in the immediate termination of the booking.

  1. EVENT TYPE & GUEST DISCLOSURE

Please provide accurate information when making your booking, including the type of event, approximate guest numbers and whether the event involves a mixed-gender or otherwise mixed crowd.

Some providers may have specific event preferences or restrictions. We will endeavour to match providers appropriately based on the information supplied.

  1. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Cancellation terms, notice periods and applicable fees will be provided at the time of booking.

Changes made close to the event may incur additional charges or may not be possible depending on availability.

Where a requested provider becomes unavailable, management will endeavour to offer a suitable replacement where possible. If an appropriate replacement cannot be arranged, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the booking terms provided at confirmation.

  1. ARRIVAL & DELAYS

Providers may arrive shortly before the scheduled commencement time to prepare.

Clients should ensure that any required payment, access arrangements and facilities are ready so the booking can commence on time.

Where a provider is delayed, management will communicate the relevant information as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Any significant change to the booking — including location, guest numbers, event type, duration or requested services — must be approved by management.

A change may affect availability, pricing or whether the original provider can continue with the booking.

  1. SAFETY FIRST

The safety of our clients, providers, staff and guests takes priority.

A provider may immediately terminate a booking where they reasonably believe there is a risk to their safety, wellbeing or personal boundaries.

Where serious misconduct, threats, violence or unlawful behaviour occurs, management may involve venue security, emergency services or police where appropriate.

  1. ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Professionalism. Respect. Discretion. Safety.

These principles are fundamental to every Velvet Cigar and Dangerously Desirable booking.

Any serious or repeated breach of these standards may result in:

  • Immediate termination of the booking
  • Loss of payments or deposits where applicable
  • Refusal of future bookings
  • Venue security intervention
  • Referral to relevant authorities where appropriate

We would much rather prevent an issue than deal with one after it occurs. Clear communication and mutual respect make the experience better for everyone.

THE VELVET STANDARD

Every booking should feel sophisticated, professional, discreet and effortless.

We ask our clients to extend the same respect to our providers that they expect to receive themselves.

Professionalism.
Respect.
Discretion.
Safety.

These aren't simply rules.

They're the standard we expect from every Velvet Cigar and Dangerously Desirable experience.

VELVET CIGAR

CODE OF CONDUCT & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionalism. Respect. Discretion. Consent. Safety.

At Velvet Cigar, every companionship experience is built around discretion, mutual respect, clear communication, personal boundaries and professionalism.

By making a booking with Velvet Cigar, you acknowledge and agree to the following requirements.

  1. ACCURATE BOOKING INFORMATION

The person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding:

  • The companionship experience requested
  • The date and duration of the booking
  • The location and venue
  • The number of participants attending the experience or staying at accommodation
  • Any relevant circumstances or requirements
  • Any special arrangements that may affect the experience

Any material change to the information provided must be communicated to Velvet Cigar management as soon as possible.

Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may result in the booking being declined, modified or terminated.

  1. COUPLES & PARTNER-SHARING EXPERIENCES

Velvet Cigar provides heterosexual male companion services, with a particular focus on heterosexual, bisexual and lesbian women and lesbian couples seeking sophisticated, discreet and consensual partner-sharing experiences.

We welcome women and couples interested in MFM, partner-sharing and threesome experiences within a private, respectful and professionally managed environment.

Arrangements can be discussed and tailored around the preferences, chemistry and boundaries of everyone involved.

For couples seeking a partner-sharing arrangement, clients may bring their own consenting adult participant, provided all participants meet Velvet Cigar's age, health and safety requirements.

Alternatively, Velvet Cigar may, where available, coordinate an appropriate additional female service provider separately.

Any additional provider operates independently and establishes their own rates, services, boundaries, availability and participation requirements on a case-by-case basis.

All arrangements are discussed privately before confirmation so that participants understand what is being requested, who is involved and what boundaries apply.

  1. MFM & PARTNER-SHARING EXPERIENCES

MFM experiences and partner-sharing arrangements may be available by prior arrangement, subject to provider availability and approval by Velvet Cigar management.

These experiences are strictly subject to:

  • Prior consultation and agreement between all participants
  • All participants being consenting adults
  • Clear boundaries and expectations being established before the booking
  • Explicit and ongoing consent from every participant
  • The right of any participant to decline, pause or withdraw from any activity at any time
  • Respect for each participant's individual boundaries and conditions
  • Appropriate health, hygiene and safety requirements being observed
  • No pressure, coercion, intimidation or expectation to participate beyond what has been expressly agreed
  • Any additional provider being booked and paid separately according to their own agreed rates and terms

A request for a particular arrangement does not guarantee availability or acceptance.

Velvet Cigar management reserves the right to decline an arrangement where the requested circumstances, participants or proposed activities are considered unsuitable.

Every participant retains complete control over their own boundaries and consent throughout the experience.

  1. ACCOMMODATION & SECURITY

For security, privacy and operational purposes, accommodation associated with a Velvet Cigar booking will be selected and arranged privately by Velvet Cigar management.

Accommodation details will ordinarily be provided approximately 24 hours prior to the booking, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

Clients and guests must respect all hotel, venue and accommodation requirements.

Clients must not make unauthorised changes to accommodation arrangements or introduce additional guests or participants without prior approval.

  1. EXPECTATIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Clients must clearly communicate any relevant expectations, arrangements or special requirements before the booking is confirmed.

Any request that materially changes the agreed arrangement during a booking may not be accepted.

Velvet Cigar will make reasonable efforts to accommodate agreed requirements, but no service, activity, provider or arrangement is guaranteed unless it has been expressly confirmed in advance.

  1. LOCATION & ACCESS

Where a client provides or selects the location, it must be reasonably safe, private and suitable for the agreed experience.

The Velvet Cigar companion must have reasonable and safe access to the location.

A companion may decline to enter or may leave a location at any time if they reasonably believe the environment is unsafe, unsuitable or inconsistent with the agreed booking.

  1. RESPECT, CONSENT & PERSONAL BOUNDARIES

Clients and guests must respect all agreed services, personal boundaries and booking conditions.

No means no.

A Velvet Cigar companion may decline any request or activity at any time without pressure, negotiation, intimidation or expectation.

Consent must be:

  • Freely given
  • Mutual
  • Informed
  • Ongoing
  • Capable of being withdrawn at any time

The existence of a booking or payment does not create an obligation for a companion to participate in any activity that they do not wish to undertake.

  1. PAYMENT & BOOKING CONFIRMATION

All bookings must be finalised and paid in full at the time of booking.

A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued by Velvet Cigar management.

Accepted payment methods:

  • PayID
  • Bank transfer

Cash payments are not accepted.

Any additional services, booking extensions, travel expenses, accommodation changes or other costs must be agreed and paid as required before those additional services or expenses are provided or incurred.

  1. PROVIDER'S RIGHT TO TERMINATE A BOOKING

The safety, wellbeing and personal boundaries of every Velvet Cigar companion are paramount.

A companion may terminate a booking at any time where:

  • Consent or personal boundaries are not respected
  • They are pressured, coerced or intimidated
  • The client or a guest breaches this Code of Conduct
  • Agreed services or arrangements are materially changed without approval
  • They feel unsafe, threatened or uncomfortable
  • The environment becomes unsafe or unsuitable
  • The companion is otherwise unable or unwilling to continue

Where a booking is terminated because of a breach involving consent, personal boundaries, safety or this Code of Conduct, no refund will be provided.

Clients must never prevent a companion from leaving or pressure them to continue after consent has been withdrawn.

  1. CLIENT & GUEST CONDUCT

All clients and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.

Velvet Cigar has zero tolerance for:

  • Harassment
  • Intimidation or threats
  • Verbal abuse
  • Unwanted physical contact
  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Coercion or pressure
  • Disrespectful or degrading conduct
  • Behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of a companion
  • Any conduct that breaches agreed boundaries

The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour of any guests or additional participants they introduce to the experience.

Serious incidents may result in immediate termination of the booking and, where appropriate, involvement of venue security, police or other relevant authorities.

  1. DISCRETION & PRIVACY

Discretion is fundamental to the Velvet Cigar experience.

Clients, companions, providers and guests are expected to respect the privacy of everyone involved.

Photography, video or audio recording of a companion or participant is permitted only with the express permission of everyone being recorded.

Unauthorised recording, publication, distribution or disclosure of private information may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Clients must not publicly disclose private details relating to a Velvet Cigar companion, provider or booking without appropriate consent.

  1. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS — 26-HOUR NOTICE REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 26 hours' notice is required for any requested change to a confirmed booking.

This includes changes to:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Location
  • Duration
  • Number of participants
  • Accommodation
  • Requested services
  • Nature of the agreed experience

Where a client requests a change with less than 26 hours' notice, Velvet Cigar reserves the right to treat the original booking as forfeited, with no refund payable.

Any change remains subject to provider availability and approval by Velvet Cigar management.

  1. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In exceptional circumstances, Velvet Cigar management may, at its sole discretion, consider a request made with less than 26 hours' notice.

Where management approves an exception, Velvet Cigar may offer either:

OPTION 1 — PARTIAL REFUND

A 50% refund of the original booking fee.

OPTION 2 — NEW BOOKING

A new booking may be arranged, subject to availability, with:

  • A $500 administration fee
  • Any difference in price between the original and replacement booking
  • Any additional accommodation, travel or third-party expenses

Approval of a special circumstance is entirely at the discretion of Velvet Cigar management and does not create an entitlement or precedent for future bookings.

  1. AGE REQUIREMENT

All clients, guests and service providers participating in a Velvet Cigar experience must be 18 years of age or older.

Velvet Cigar reserves the right to request appropriate proof of age or standard identity verification where reasonably required.

A booking may be declined or terminated where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

  1. HEALTH, HYGIENE & WELLBEING

All participants are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene and presentation.

Clients and guests are expected to arrive:

  • Clean and freshly showered
  • With appropriate personal hygiene
  • With fresh breath
  • In a condition suitable for the agreed experience

Where intimate services have been expressly agreed, appropriate safer-sex practices must be followed.

Intimate activities must not proceed where there is a known condition, injury, infection or other circumstance that may reasonably present a health or safety risk to another participant.

If a client is unwell or has a condition that may affect the health or wellbeing of another participant, this should be disclosed to Velvet Cigar management before the booking.

Velvet Cigar companions undergo health checks in accordance with the service provider's established health and wellbeing practices.

The health, comfort and wellbeing of every participant remains a priority.

  1. MENSTRUAL INTIMACY

Menstruation is a normal part of life and is not a reason for embarrassment.

Where menstruation occurs before or during a booking, intimate activities may continue by mutual agreement, provided all participants are comfortable and wish to proceed.

Appropriate hygiene and protective measures may be used where appropriate.

No participant is ever required to continue an intimate activity if they are uncomfortable or no longer wish to participate.

Comfort, consent and wellbeing always come first.

THE VELVET STANDARD

Every Velvet Cigar experience is built around five principles:

PROFESSIONALISM

RESPECT

DISCRETION

CONSENT

SAFETY

Our clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that agreed arrangements can be conducted safely, respectfully and professionally.

Our companions have the right to feel safe, respected and in control of their own boundaries at every stage of an experience.

These are not simply rules.

They are the standard behind every Velvet Cigar experience.

DANGEROUSLY DESIRABLE

BOOKING RULES & GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionalism. Respect. Discretion. Consent. Safety.

Dangerously Desirable wants you and your guests to enjoy an exceptional event in a professional, respectful and safe environment.

Our entertainment is designed to be fun, engaging and memorable while maintaining clear professional boundaries. By making a booking with Dangerously Desirable, the client and event organiser agree to the following Booking Rules and Guest Responsibilities.

  1. PROFESSIONAL ADULT ENTERTAINMENT

Our independent event talent provide professional adult entertainment, hospitality and performance services within the scope agreed at the time of booking.

The services provided will be confirmed before your event. Guests must respect the agreed scope of the booking and the individual boundaries of each performer.

Requests for services outside the agreed booking are not permitted.

  1. OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS & SERVICE PROVIDERS — CONTRACTUAL RESTRICTIONS

Dangerously Desirable engages independent outside contractors and service providers to provide entertainment, hospitality, performance and event-related services.

All contractors and service providers engaged by Dangerously Desirable are required to comply with the terms of their contract with Dangerously Desirable.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, those contracts contain a strict prohibition on providing or arranging sexual services as part of the Dangerously Desirable event booking or contracted event role.

Accordingly, a contractor or service provider engaged by Dangerously Desirable must not:

  • Arrange sexual services as part of their contracted event duties;
  • Represent sexual services as being included in the Dangerously Desirable booking;
  • Provide sexual services as part of the contracted event entertainment;
  • Allow a client or guest to assume that sexual services are included in their engagement; or
  • Use the Dangerously Desirable booking to solicit or arrange unauthorised services.

If a client independently arranges additional services or introduces a third-party provider to the same event, Dangerously Desirable reserves the right to withdraw its contracted talent where management considers the arrangement inappropriate, unsafe or inconsistent with the agreed booking.

Where a Dangerously Desirable performer or contractor leaves because of a breach of these requirements, all monies paid may be forfeited.

2A. SEPARATELY AGREED ACTIVITIES — INDIVIDUAL PROVIDER ARRANGEMENTS

This rule applies where an individual Dangerously Desirable contractor or provider separately and independently agrees with a client to participate in activities outside the services included in the original Dangerously Desirable booking.

Any such separate arrangement:

  • Is not included in the original Dangerously Desirable booking;
  • Must not be represented as a service provided by Dangerously Desirable;
  • Remains subject to the individual's own boundaries and conditions;
  • Requires the individual's express and voluntary agreement;
  • Cannot be assumed from the provider's role, appearance, clothing or participation at the event; and
  • Must comply with Rule 2C regarding location, timing and the presence of Red-wristband performers or staff.

Dangerously Desirable does not guarantee, arrange or assume responsibility for a separate private arrangement between a client and an individual provider unless expressly agreed in writing by management.

A provider is never required to accept a separate arrangement and may decline or withdraw from it at any time.

2B. NO UNAUTHORISED SERVICES, PRESSURE OR COERCION

Velvet Cigar and Dangerously Desirable provide only the services specifically agreed as part of each booking.

No client or guest may pressure, coerce, encourage, manipulate or expect a provider to provide a service or activity that has not been expressly agreed.

A provider's:

  • Presence;
  • Appearance;
  • Clothing;
  • Role;
  • Personality;
  • Participation level;
  • Wristband colour; or
  • Previous agreement

does not constitute blanket consent to any particular activity.

Consent must always be freely given, specific to the activity, current and capable of being withdrawn at any time.

Any attempt to pressure a provider, circumvent agreed boundaries, negotiate unauthorised services during an event or involve another provider without approval may result in the immediate termination of the engagement.

Where a performer, provider or contractor leaves, or an engagement is terminated, because of a breach of these requirements, all monies paid may be forfeited.

Respect the agreement. Respect the boundaries. Consent is never assumed.

2C. SEPARATE ADULT SERVICES — LOCATION, TIMING & RED-WRISTBAND RESTRICTIONS

Where an adult service has been separately and expressly agreed between an individual provider and client, that arrangement remains subject to the provider's consent, boundaries, conditions and applicable requirements.

However, separately agreed adult services must remain completely separate from the Dangerously Desirable event entertainment booking.

RED-WRISTBAND RESTRICTION

No separately arranged adult services may take place onsite, within designated event areas, during the booked event entertainment period, or while any Red-wristband Dangerously Desirable performer or staff member is present onsite.

A Red wristband identifies a performer or staff member who is participating in specific, pre-agreed activities only.

A Red-wristband performer or staff member is therefore:

  • Not available for additional activities;
  • Not available for separate adult services;
  • Not consenting to physical interaction beyond anything specifically agreed;
  • Not to be approached or pressured for additional services; and
  • Not to be involved in or associated with any separately arranged adult service.

The presence of a Red-wristband performer or staff member means that any separately arranged adult service must not occur onsite while that person remains present.

OUTSIDE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Where a client independently engages an outside contractor, third-party provider or other person to provide additional adult services, that person must comply with the requirements of Rule 2 and all applicable Dangerously Desirable event rules while attending or operating in connection with the event.

Dangerously Desirable reserves the right to refuse entry to, restrict or require the removal of any outside provider where management considers their presence or activities inappropriate, unsafe or inconsistent with the event.

EVENT SEPARATION REQUIREMENT

Any separately agreed adult service must occur outside the Dangerously Desirable event environment, outside designated event areas and outside the booked event entertainment period, unless Dangerously Desirable management has expressly approved an alternative arrangement in writing.

No client or guest may use a Dangerously Desirable event, performer or contractor to circumvent these restrictions.

Any attempt to arrange, negotiate or undertake unauthorised adult services onsite, during the booked event period or while a Red-wristband performer or staff member is present may result in the immediate termination of the engagement.

Where a performer, contractor or provider leaves, or an engagement is terminated, because of a breach of these requirements, all monies paid may be forfeited.

Separate arrangements. Clear boundaries. Explicit consent. Professional event standards.

  1. YOUR GUESTS — YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all guests are aware of these rules.

The organiser is responsible for the conduct of their guests throughout the booking.

  1. STRICTLY 18+

All attendees at events involving adult entertainment must be 18 years of age or older.

The organiser is responsible for knowing the ages of all guests attending the event.

Our performers may request appropriate identification where there is reasonable doubt about a guest's age.

If an underage person is present and is not immediately removed from the event, our performers may leave and no refund will be payable.

  1. INDEPENDENT EVENT TALENT

Dangerously Desirable works with independent event talent who operate independently and are responsible for their own professional conduct, insurance and actions.

Dangerously Desirable facilitates and manages bookings but does not assume responsibility for conduct, damage or injury caused by an independent provider outside the scope of management's control.

Any incident involving personal injury or property damage will be addressed in accordance with the circumstances and applicable laws.

  1. MIXED-GENDER EVENTS

Please advise us at the time of booking if your event will involve a mixed-gender or mixed-group audience.

Not all independent event talent accept every event environment, and suitability will be confirmed before the booking is finalised.

  1. BOOKINGS, PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

All bookings must be paid in full unless an alternative payment arrangement has been expressly agreed with Dangerously Desirable management in advance.

A booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment or agreed deposit has been received.

Where a payment arrangement has been approved by management, the client must comply with the agreed payment schedule.

If the required payment is not received by the agreed deadline, Dangerously Desirable reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the talent without further obligation.

All outstanding balances must be settled before the commencement of the engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing by management.

  1. CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING CHANGES

Once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation and change conditions apply.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will result in the applicable deposit or payment being forfeited, unless otherwise agreed by Dangerously Desirable management.

Changes requested within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Management may, at its discretion, offer a rebooking, partial credit or alternative arrangement depending on the circumstances.

  1. TALENT AVAILABILITY & REPLACEMENTS

We make every reasonable effort to provide the talent requested by the client.

If your selected performer becomes unavailable and Dangerously Desirable cannot provide a suitable approved replacement, the affected booking may be refunded in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

If you elect to proceed with an approved replacement, the booking remains confirmed and the original payment or deposit is not refundable.

Where multiple performers are booked, any refund will apply only to the unavailable performer or affected portion of the booking.

  1. GROUP BOOKINGS

Dangerously Desirable event talent are engaged for group entertainment and event bookings.

Minimum booking requirements may apply depending on the performer, service and event format.

  1. TALENT REPRESENTATION

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the talent supplied corresponds with the profile and promotional material presented at the time of booking.

Where a significant and material discrepancy exists, the client should raise the matter with management immediately, before the performer commences their engagement.

Once the client elects to proceed with the booking, the booking will be considered accepted.

  1. ARRIVAL TIMES

An expected arrival window will be provided before your event.

Minor variations within the agreed arrival window do not constitute grounds for a refund.

If a performer is substantially outside the agreed arrival window, management will work with the client to determine an appropriate resolution.

  1. EVENT AREA & FACILITIES

The organiser must provide a clean, safe and suitable area for performers to work.

Performance areas must be large enough to safely accommodate the agreed entertainment.

Unless specifically agreed beforehand, performances take place indoors. Outdoor entertainment requires a suitable covered area and prior approval.

Where performers require a private area to change or safely store personal belongings, the organiser must provide an appropriate space.

  1. SECURITY — NON-NEGOTIABLE

Professional event security is mandatory for all Dangerously Desirable events.

Security is a non-negotiable requirement and must be arranged and approved by Dangerously Desirable management as part of the event planning process.

Security personnel may be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, managing guest conduct, assisting with crowd control, monitoring designated entertainment areas and supporting performers where required.

The organiser and all guests must comply with reasonable directions given by event security.

Dangerously Desirable reserves the right to decline or cancel an event where the required security arrangements cannot be provided.

  1. PRIVATE DANCE DISTANCE & SAFETY

Where a private dance or designated individual performance takes place, a maximum separation distance of approximately 2 metres between the performer and guest may be required, depending on the performer, venue, format and agreed entertainment.

This distance is a safety and professional-boundary requirement and may be increased at the performer's discretion.

A private dance does not remove or reduce any other conduct, consent or boundary requirements contained in these rules.

  1. PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL

Where an approved payment arrangement requires payment upon arrival, the outstanding balance must be ready for collection at the commencement of the engagement.

Performers will not be expected to commence their engagement until the required payment has been received.

Unreasonable delays in payment may reduce the effective entertainment time available and will not entitle the client to additional time or compensation.

  1. PERFORMER & STAFF PARTICIPATION WRISTBAND SYSTEM

For selected events, Dangerously Desirable reserves the right to introduce a traffic-light wristband system to assist performers, event staff, security and management in identifying the agreed level of participation available during an event.

The wristband communicates the level of performer or staff participation that has been agreed in advance. It does not replace individual consent or personal boundaries.

🟢 GREEN — OPEN PARTICIPATION

A Green wristband indicates that the performer or staff member is available for the range of services, interactions and event activities that have been agreed with Dangerously Desirable.

This may include, where specifically agreed:

  • Social interaction and conversation
  • Dancing and entertainment
  • Guest interaction
  • Photography where expressly permitted
  • Physical interaction where expressly permitted by the individual
  • Other agreed event activities within the individual's stated boundaries

Green does not mean unlimited access or blanket consent.

Every interaction remains subject to the individual's consent, discretion and boundaries.

🟠 ORANGE — LIMITED PARTICIPATION

An Orange wristband indicates that the performer or staff member is available for selected services and interactions only.

This may include:

  • Social interaction and conversation
  • Dancing and general entertainment
  • Selected guest interaction
  • Specific activities agreed with management
  • Physical interaction only where expressly permitted by the individual

Restrictions, exclusions and personal boundaries may apply.

Guests must not attempt to negotiate additional activities directly with the performer or staff member.

🔴 RED — HANDS-OFF / SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES ONLY

A Red wristband indicates that the performer or staff member is available only for the specific activity or activities individually agreed and paid for in advance.

A Red wristband means:

  • No additional services
  • No additional activities
  • No physical contact
  • No touching
  • No assumption of consent
  • No negotiation for additional interaction

Unless the individual has expressly agreed otherwise as part of a specific pre-arranged activity, Red means hands-off.

Guests must not attempt to touch, grab, hug, restrain, move, direct or otherwise physically interact with a Red-wristband performer or staff member.

âš« NO WRISTBAND — STRICTLY HANDS-OFF / NO PARTICIPATION

A performer or staff member without a wristband is considered strictly hands-off and unavailable for guest participation or additional activities.

No wristband means:

  • No additional services
  • No additional activities
  • No physical contact
  • No touching
  • No hugging or embracing
  • No attempts to initiate physical interaction
  • No assumption of consent
  • No negotiation for additional interaction
  • No request for private or separate activities

A person without a wristband is not participating in the wristband participation system and must therefore be treated as strictly hands-off.

Their presence at an event, appearance, clothing, role or interaction with guests does not constitute consent to physical contact or any additional activity.

Guests must not attempt to touch, grab, hug, restrain, move, direct, block or otherwise physically interact with a person who is not wearing a wristband.

Any guest who ignores this restriction may be directed to leave the event immediately.

IMPORTANT — CONSENT & BOUNDARIES

The wristband system is an event-management and communication tool only.

No wristband colour provides blanket permission or replaces individual consent.

Consent must always be:

  • Specific
  • Mutual
  • Voluntary
  • Current
  • Freely given
  • Revocable at any time

Any guest who deliberately ignores a wristband restriction, attempts unwanted physical contact or attempts to circumvent stated boundaries may be removed from the event, and all monies paid may be forfeited.

  1. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

Our performers are engaged to entertain, host and interact professionally with guests.

Any physical contact is subject to the performer's express consent and individual boundaries.

Guests must never assume that consent to one form of interaction constitutes consent to another.

If you require entertainment involving different formats, performance styles or additional services, this must be discussed and agreed before the booking.

Performers are never required to provide an activity that falls outside their agreed booking, personal boundaries or professional conditions.

Our performers have the right to refuse an interaction or leave an event at any time where they reasonably believe their safety, dignity or boundaries are being compromised.

  1. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

No photographs, video or audio recordings of performers may be taken without their express permission.

Where photography is permitted, the performer may require a separate photography fee, payable directly to the performer.

Permission for photography does not automatically extend to publication, distribution or social-media use.

  1. SAFETY & RIGHT TO LEAVE

Dangerously Desirable and its independent event talent reserve the right to immediately end an engagement where there is a serious breach of these rules or where a performer reasonably believes they are at risk.
